Welcome to Jeztikal Music. By accessing this website, joining the Inner Circle, or purchasing physical relics, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All audio tracks, instrumentals, lyrics, original tarot artwork designs, text descriptions, visual trailer content, and digital graphics found on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Jeztikal and are legally registered and protected globally under international copyright laws and performance rights organizations.
2. ASCAP Monitoring and Live Performance Rights
All musical compositions embedded within this website and the 78-card physical art prints are fully registered and monitored by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
Public Performance: Any public performance, venue broadcasting, or unauthorized commercial live execution of this catalog without appropriate ASCAP venue licensing is strictly prohibited. Digital Synchronization: Synchronization rights for film, television, streaming media, video games, or commercial advertisements must be negotiated and explicitly cleared via written contract. 3. E-Commerce, Pre-Orders, and Physical Relics
Pre-Order Policy: Pre-orders for the Complete 78-Card Tarot Deck & Vinyl Box Set represent a binding financial commitment to fund custom production. Estimated shipping timelines are projected for Winter 2026 and are subject to manufacturing adjustments.
Limited Runs: Individual 11" x 17" archival art prints are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once an item is marked as "vaulted" or sold out, it will not be reprinted individually.
Refunds: Due to the custom, limited-edition nature of the physical relics, all sales are final once shipped, except in cases of clear transit damage verified by photo documentation.
4. Digital Unlock Codes
Physical art prints contain proprietary QR codes and alpha-numeric digital keys unlocking access to high-fidelity audio vaults. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique unlock tokens. Reverse-engineering, digital leaks, or mass unauthorized redistribution of files from the vault will result in immediate termination of account access and potential legal action for copyright infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
This website and its celestial widget dashboard tracking planetary hours and moon phases are provided on an "as-is" basis for immersive subculture entertainment and artistic purposes. Jeztikal Music is not liable for temporary transmission interruptions or standard service latency.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from this platform shall be handled exclusively within the court systems of Colorado.
